We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Front Desk Receptionist:
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the face of Andalus Hotel, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the reception desk. Your duties will include welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling inquiries, and assisting with check-ins and check-outs.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
2. Housekeeping Supervisor:
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring they meet our high standards. You will manage a team of housekeeping staff, assign duties, inspect rooms, handle guest requests, and ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards
3. Restaurant Manager:
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and performance of our hotel's restaurant. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, overseeing food and beverage operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing revenue.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets
4. Guest Relations Officer:
As a Guest Relations Officer, your main goal will be to ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will be responsible for assisting guests with their needs, handling inquiries and complaints, providing recommendations for local attractions, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
